Shenzhen Edadoc Technology, a major printed circuit board (PCB) design service supplier, has contracted to invest more than 1 billion yuan ($156 million) in new facilities in the Gaolan Port Economic Zone of Pingsha Town.

The new project in Jinwan District will focus on R&D, sales, and engineering support for PCB, SMT processing, and supply of electronic materials, according to a manager. It will support Gaolan's development as an integrated sci-tech innovative base, incubator, and accelerator, stated an official.

Established in March 2003, Edadoc Technology is a privately held company accredited as a High & New-Technology Enterprise, specialized in high-speed turn-key PCB design and fabrication, and surface mount technology (SMT) welding. It is also a leading provider of supply chain services.
