Forbes: Jia Fan model of young elite in new economy
Jia Fan (Rob), founder & CEO of Bee+ in the Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Tangjiawan), is included on the 2019 Forbes 30 Under 30 China List as representative of the youth entrepreneurial elite in the new economy.
With a forward-looking vision, the annual list recognizes elites aged below 30 who have already cut a figure in business, entertainment, sport, sci-tech, and cultural circles or have the potential to do so.
The organizing committee invited 100 famous entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, artists, business school deans, university professors, and other opinion leaders in their respective fields to evaluate the candidates for their influence, performance, and innovation.

Founded in 2015, Bee+ is a spatial products operator that helps traditional real estate developers innovate and upgrade their "work + life" spaces relying on internet technology and innovative sci-tech products.
Following the success of Bee+ Coworking Space, the company diversified its portfolio with two new production lines in 2019. Bee+ Lifestyle provides individual clients with innovative retail and consumption scenes toward the future, while Bee+ Enterprise Customization offers big and medium-sized enterprises one-stop customized services from site selection and design to construction and operation.
Others on this year's list include He Tiantian, vice president of Sequoia Capital China; actor Li Xian; Zhang Liangtao, vice investment president of Huagai Capital; and Ou Zechao, cofounder of trytry.
