Zhuhai V12 Creative Park
Zhuhai V12 Creative Park was previously the site of a grouping of old industrial plants in Shi'er (12) Village of Nanping Town. Once repurposed, it opened in September 2012 as one of the city's first demo cultural and creative industrial complexes using in situ resources to achieve the layout of "core park, five bases, and nine platforms."
A rather unique venture start-up service system was designed for five small bases for software development, returned overseas scholars' venture start-up, college students & youth entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized enterprise incubation, and training of creative talents. The site covers 20,000 sq m (5 acres) and has floor space of 42,000 sq m (10 acres).

Nine public service functions are planned to provide a favorable environment for cultural and creative enterprises. They encompass public technique support, talent training, project declaration, business transaction, creative exhibition, investment and financing, information disclosure, protection and transaction of intellectual property rights, and logistics management.
Since its establishment, the industrial park has attracted 168 cultural-creative enterprises covering animated games, garage (resin) kit manufacturing, digital imagery, film and television production, and artistic creation. Present are 138 enterprises serviced by 19 management staff, and six tutors for entrepreneurship.
The industrial park offers incubated enterprises with canteens, parking lots, eco-office areas, a multifunctional consultation service hall, multimedia conference rooms, and landscaped public areas. Also provided are all-around information release, convention and exhibition, e-commerce purchase, and commercial services.
Among titles awarded the park are those of National Sci-tech Enterprise Incubator Under the Torch Program, National Small & Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship & Innovation Demonstration Base and National Sci-tech Enterprise Incubator Cultivation Unit.
